Questions we get often.

• How long does it take from quote to delivery?

  We typically send a quote within a few hours of your message. Once you confirm and payment is received, sourcing takes 1–3 business days (most parts we carry in stock). Assembly and 6-hour burn-in is another 2 days. Shipping to most metros is 2–4 days. Total: usually 7–10 days from confirmation to your door. We'll give you a more specific estimate when we quote your build.

• What warranty do I get?

  You get one year of build warranty on our assembly and workmanship — if anything fails due to how it was put together, we'll fix or replace it. Every component also carries its own manufacturer warranty: typically 3 years on CPUs and motherboards, 2 years on GPUs, 5 years on most SSDs. We help you file those claims if you ever need to.

• Can I choose my own parts?

  Absolutely. If you have a parts list in mind, share it and we'll check compatibility, flag anything that looks off, and quote assembly + delivery. You can also use our interactive builder to put together your own list from scratch. We'll still do the full burn-in and ship it to you.

• How do I pay? Is it safe?

  We accept UPI, NEFT/RTGS bank transfer, and most major credit and debit cards. We typically ask for a 50% advance on confirmation, with the balance before shipping. You'll get a GST invoice for every payment. We don't take your money before you've seen and approved a full parts list.

• What if something breaks after delivery?

  Message us on WhatsApp. We'll troubleshoot remotely first — most issues are software or settings, and we'll walk you through it. If a component has failed within its warranty period, we'll help you get it replaced. For assembly issues within our one-year build warranty, we'll arrange a pickup, fix it, and redeliver at no cost.

• Do you deliver outside Kerala?

  Yes — we deliver across India. We've shipped to Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, and many smaller cities. Shipping is calculated based on your location and the system's weight, and we'll include it in the quote before you confirm. The system is fully insured in transit.
