Cancellation and Refund Policy

Every PC is custom-configured and built to order. Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, it cannot be cancelled. We do not offer monetary refunds once confirmed, except where required by law. Genuine defects are handled by replacement or repair.

If a system arrives with a hardware fault not due to misuse, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video and your order details.
