About Us

Inceptra Tech designs and assembles custom-built desktop PCs for gamers, creators, and engineers. Every order is configured and built to the specification chosen by the customer at the time of purchase.

Orders, pricing, and confirmation

All PCs are built to order. Prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned separately. Payments are processed through Razorpay. An order is confirmed only once payment has been received.

Warranty and liability

Individual components are covered under manufacturer warranties. Inceptra Tech assists with claims on request. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts in Kerala.
